Hampton Inn & Suites Breaks Ground in Live Oak, Florida

ake City Hotels is excited to mark another milestone in our continued growth across North Florida with the groundbreaking of a new Hampton Inn & Suites in Live Oak, Florida.

Located at the highly visible intersection of Interstate 10 and U.S. Highway 129, the five-story hotel will feature 123 guest rooms, including 36 suites, along with modern amenities designed for both business and leisure travelers.

The property will feature approximately 3,000 square feet of meeting and event space with capacity for up to 175 guests, as well as a fitness center, spacious breakfast area and outdoor pool.

Representing an approximately $20 million investment in Suwannee County, the project is also significant for the local community as the area’s first new hotel development in more than two decades.

The new Hampton Inn & Suites will showcase one of Hilton’s newest Hampton design concepts, bringing a fresh lodging option to travelers along the I-10 corridor while supporting continued tourism and economic growth in Live Oak and Suwannee County.
